Jacob Bruun-Jensen is the owner and winemaker at Dyrehøj Vingård on Røsnæs, where he was having taken over the vineyard in 2025. Public reporting says he officially became the new owner on 1 January 2025 after years of wine work in California, including running a vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
