Jacob Jasinski

Jacob Jasinski is the executive chef and food and beverage director at The Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island, where he oversees Cara and the property’s culinary operations. The Chanler’s official Cara page identifies him as the chef guiding the restaurant’s five- and eight-course blind tasting menus, and the hotel says he returned home to Rhode Island after traveling globally in late 2018 to take the top toque there. A 2019 report on his appointment said he joined The Chanler after the launch of Cara and The Café, taking responsibility for all culinary outlets on property, including catering and in-room dining.
