i. Biography
Jaime “Jimmy” Villalobos Sauza is a fifth-generation tequila maker from the Sauza family and the master distiller/maestro tequilero associated with Hacienda de Oro in Amatitán, Jalisco, where he oversees production for brands including Entremanos, Suave, Cachasol, and Dos Ángeles Caídos. He is a certified tequila taster/catador and a former president of ONSOM, the Organization of Sommeliers of Mexico.
