Jake Kelly is the general manager of Bisous, a Parisian-inspired cocktail bar in Chicago’s Fulton Market. He is bringing more than 30 years of hospitality experience in Boston and Chicago, with past work across baker, line cook, server, bartender, and beverage director roles.
