Jon McMahon is the head bartender at Bisous in Chicago’s Fulton Market, where he focuses on detail-driven hospitality and a refined cocktail program. He entered beverage work after starting as a doorman at Mezcaleria Las Flores in 2016 and later led programs at Proxi, Yugen, The Berkshire Room, and After Cocktails.
