Bex Figueiredo is the bar manager at Bar Raval in Toronto, where they lead the venue’s modern cocktail program built around vermouth, sherry, amaro, and sustainability-focused drinks. In 2025, the MICHELIN Guide named Figueiredo the Exceptional Cocktails Award winner for Toronto & Region, recognizing their work at Bar Raval. Coverage from Canada's 100 Best also identified Figueiredo as the bar manager supervising the venue’s cocktail program in 2025 and 2026.
