Alicja Bączyk-Mazur is a Kraków-based bar manager and co-creative director associated with TAG cocktails in Podwale 7, Kraków. She won Diageo World Class Poland in 2022 and placed fourth in the global World Class final in Sydney, a historic result for Poland. She is also described as one of the people behind TAG, which ranked among Europe’s best bars.
