i. Biography
Maciej Mazur is a Kraków-based bartender, bar owner, and co-founder of TAG, the cocktail bar at Podwale 7 in Kraków. He was named World Class Poland 2019 and placed 15th in the global World Class final, the highest result for a Polish competitor at the time. TAG was credited among Europe’s 50 Best Bars, with Mazur described as the bar’s owner and a co-founder working alongside Alicja Bączyk-Mazur.
