Andrea Arcaini is the Bar Manager and head of mixology for the Rita Group in Milan, overseeing both Rita&Cocktails and Rita’s Tiki Room. Official and editorial sources place him with the Rita family since 2019, with responsibility for coordinating both bar teams and leading creative development alongside Edoardo Nono. He is a bartender from Brescia by birth and a Milan-based professional who returned to the Rita team in 2019 after holding senior bar roles elsewhere in Milan.
