i. Biography
Edoardo Nono is the co-founder of Rita & Cocktails in Milan, which opened in December 2002 on a side street off the Naviglio Grande. Born in Varese in 1969, he began working behind bars in 1988, later studied Hotel Management at the University of Tourism in Rimini, and returned to Milan to open Rita after years of work and research. Rita is described as one of Milan’s best-known cocktail bars and a benchmark for quality drinking in the city.
