James O. Fraioli

James O. Fraioli is a James Beard Award–winning cookbook author, publisher, and executive producer based in Bellevue, Washington. He is the founder of Culinary Book Creations, a boutique culinary publishing company that works with chefs, restaurants, and luxury hospitality brands, and he has been credited with more than 40 to 50 published titles depending on source. Earlier in his career, he served as a contributing writer and editor for food and wine magazines and has more than 250 feature articles to his credit.
