The Path

At Vicia in St. Louis, the kitchen line formed the basis of Jane Sacro Chatham’s early development: first as a line cook, then as sous chef. The work moved Jane from execution into oversight without changing the terms of the craft. Today, Jane is Head Chef of Vicia, carrying that same technical grounding into leadership.

The Work Today
