Jarryl Goh is a Singapore-based bartender who serves as Senior Bartender at Gibson, a cocktail bar under the Jigger & Pony Group. Working alongside Principal Bartender Gabriel Gan, he contributes to signature menus like TIMELESS Chapter II, reinterpreting classic cocktail architecture with Southeast Asian influences. He previously developed drinks and bartended at the group's flagship bar, Jigger & Pony.
