i. Biography
Reina Hsu (許芸禎) is an advertising professional turned mixologist who serves as the Senior Bartender at Gibson in Singapore, operated by the Jigger & Pony Group. She previously bartended across Singapore's cocktail scene at venues including Last Stop and Last Word. In addition to competing in Diageo World Class Singapore, Hsu is an online spirits columnist for GQ Taiwan and co-author of the book 101 Best Cocktails in Asia.
