Since 2022, Jason Jorgensen has been distiller and co-founder of Alley 6 Craft Distillery. The Work Today

Today, the work still centers on the distillery. He has also said, “I know how to make great whiskey, but I’m not an expert in all the areas of business.” The line draws the boundary clearly. Technical confidence sits on the distilling side; the rest of the enterprise asks for a broader set of skills. The result is a role defined by making and managing at the same time, with flavor on one side and follow-through on the other.

Jason’s signature wines include Alley 6 Rye Whiskey, Alley 6 candy cap bitters, and Alley 6 Harvest Gin. Each name stays tied to Alley 6, and together they show a small house range built under one roof: whiskey, bitters, and gin, all carrying the distillery’s own label and identity.
