i. Biography
Jason Scott is a Scottish hospitality entrepreneur and drinks specialist who co-founded the influential Edinburgh cocktail bar Bramble in 2006 alongside partner Mike Aikman. He subsequently co-founded Edinburgh venues The Last Word Saloon in 2012 and Lucky Liquor Co. in 2013, helping drive Scotland's craft cocktail movement. Through their production and drinks development company Mothership Drinks, Scott has created spirits including SeaWolf Rum, earning the SLTN Industry Achievement Award.
