Jay Hildybrant is a Canadian cider, mead, and wine maker based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is an international cider, mead, and winemaker whose professional experience spans Ireland, North America, Canada, and India. Earlier reporting says he worked in Ireland, then as an orchardist in British Columbia, and later as cider maker at Muwin Estate and Planters Ridge before joining Chain Yard in 2016.
