i. Biography
Jean-Baptiste Adam is a fourth-generation-turned-fourteenth-generation Alsace vigneron associated with Domaine Jean-Baptiste Adam in Ammerschwihr, a family estate founded in 1614 and known for biodynamic farming and Grand Cru Kaefferkopf wines. He acquired Maison Kuentz-Bas in 2004, reviving the historic Alsatian estate in Husseren-les-Châteaux and steering it toward organic and biodynamic methods.
