Jean-Charles Cazes trained there before moving into the family business, bringing oenology into the same frame as inheritance and practice. From 2002 to 2006, sales positions at the family company in Bordeaux gave Jean-Charles Cazes experience on the commercial side of the trade. That period placed him close to how the family holdings present themselves, speak for themselves, and carry the name in the market. Since 2006, Jean-Charles Cazes has served as managing director of Cazes family holdings.
