Jean-Marc Lafage is a seventh-generation winemaker and co-leader of Domaine Lafage in Roussillon, France, where he and his wife Eliane revived the family estate and built it into a major producer spanning vineyards from the Mediterranean coast to the foothills of the Pyrenees.
