Jean-Noël Bousquet is a Languedoc winemaker associated with Domaine Moulin Saint-Jean and Château Grand Moulin in Lézignan-Corbières, where he began building his estate after buying his first hectare at age 17 and later purchasing 24 hectares in 1988. He is also described as the responsable du domaine at Château Grand Moulin, reflecting his long-running role in the family winery.
