Jean-Paul Acker is a French chef born in Colmar in September 1992 who, since the beginning of 2024, has led the gastronomic restaurant Le Feuillage at La Cheneaudière in Colroy-la-Roche, Alsace. He has been associated with a cuisine rooted in local terroir and regional produce.
