Jean-Paul Dardé is one of the brothers who has directed Domaine Les Yeuses in Mèze, in the Languedoc region of France, since 1977, with the family’s involvement in viticulture dating back multiple generations. He is working alongside Michel Dardé in both vineyard cultivation and winemaking, and later joined by his son Sylvain in the family estate.
