Jean-Philippe Saby is a ninth-generation winemaker in the Saby family and one of the brothers leading the family estates centered around Saint-Émilion, including Château Rozier in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes. In 2017, he was elected to the Jurade of Saint-Émilion.
