Jean-Pierre Frick is a winemaker in Pfaffenheim, Alsace, where Domaine Pierre Frick has been in the family for twelve generations and now covers 12 hectares of vines. He is a pioneer of organic viticulture since 1970 and biodynamic viticulture since 1981. He is also noted for working with their son Thomas at the estate.
