i. Biography
Jean-Étienne Chermette is a Beaujolais winemaker based at the family domaine in Saint-Vérand, at the historic site known as Domaine du Vissoux, now operating as Famille Chermette/Domaines Chermette. He joined the family estate in 2017 after studies in viticulture-oenology and international wine commerce, and by February 2023 he became gérant of SARL Famille Chermette, overseeing vineyard, cellar, administrative, and commercial work while co-managing vinification with Pierre-Marie Chermette.
