i. Biography
Jean-François Bordet is the winemaker and owner of Domaine Séguinot-Bordet in Maligny, Chablis, a family estate whose history dates to 1590 and spans at least 13 generations. He is the young winemaker now managing the domaine and having succeeded his grandfather Roger Séguinot. He works with vineyards in Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru parcels, including Fourchaume and Vaudésir.
