Jean-François Rière-Cadène

Jean-François Rière is the co-owner and vigneron at Domaine Rière Cadène in Perpignan, in the Roussillon region of France. He took over the family estate in 1988 from his grandfather Fernand Cadène and, with his wife Laurence, created Domaine Rière Cadène in 1994, resuming estate bottling and vinification on site. The domaine is a family wine estate founded and now worked by Jean-François, Laurence, and their nephew Guillem, with wines made from Mediterranean varieties such as Muscat, Grenache, Syrah, and Macabeu.
