i. Biography
Jean-Luc Rocha is a French chef associated with Château Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac, where he joined in 2002 as second/assistant to Thierry Marx and later became executive chef. He later left the Bordeaux estate and opened his own restaurant, Ro'cha, in Le Bouscat near Bordeaux.
