Jean-Marie Lacroix

Jean-Marie Lacroix is a French-born chef who became a defining figure in Philadelphia dining, spending about two decades as executive chef at the Fountain Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia before opening Lacroix at The Rittenhouse in 2002. He later transitioned into catering leadership as chef-partner and culinary director with GuestCounts Hospitality’s Brûlée Catering, a role the company says he has held since 2011. He has also been recognized with honors including the Robert Mondavi Award for Culinary Excellence and a place in the Nation’s Restaurant News Fine Dining Hall of Fame.
