i. Biography
Jenő Rácz is a Hungarian Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur best known as the chef-patron of Rumour by Rácz Jenő in Budapest. After training internationally in the UK, Denmark, and Singapore, he served as co-head chef at Taian Table in Shanghai, becoming the youngest Hungarian chef to earn a Michelin star abroad. In 2021, he opened Rumour in Budapest, earning a Michelin star for its speakeasy-style chef's counter dining concept, and later launched M'EAT by Jenő Rácz.
