Jeremie Cometto-Lingenheim is a French restaurateur and spatial designer who has worked in London's hospitality industry. In partnership with chef David Gingell, he co-founded the North London neighborhood restaurants Primeur (2014), Westerns Laundry (2017), and Jolene (2018). He is recognized for pioneering sustainable, ingredient-led dining, low-intervention natural wine programs, and collaborations with regenerative grain initiatives like Wildfarmed.
