Jérémy Czaplicki

Jérémy Czaplicki is a French-born Michelin-starred chef who served as Executive Chef of Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa and its restaurant Amis St. Barth in Saint-Barthélemy, starting in 2023. Prior to that move, he led Pur’ at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme in Paris and, from 2016, was Executive Chef at Hôtel Thalazur Bandol Île Rousse, where he earned a Michelin star for Les Oliviers in 2019. He is also associated with Abyss at Le Barthélemy.
