Jerome Ianmark Calayag

Jerome Ianmark Calayag is a chef from Sweden of Filipino origin who won the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2019-21, taking the global title in Milan on 30 October 2021 with his plant-based signature dish Humble Vegetables. He was representing the UK and Northern Europe region and was working in the kitchen at Portal restaurant in Stockholm, where he was guided by mentor chef David Ljungqvist.
