Jerrod Melman

Jerrod Melman is an Executive Partner at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, the Chicago-based hospitality group founded by his father, Rich Melman. He has been involved in opening more than two dozen restaurants, bars, and nightclubs across Chicago and other U.S. markets, including Hub 51, Sub 51, RPM Italian, RPM Steak, Bub City, Three Dots and a Dash, Pizzeria Portofino, and The Oakville Grill & Cellar. He graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and previously worked with BR Guest Hospitality, Union Square Hospitality Group, and In-N-Out Burger before returning to Chicago.
