Jessica Kapoor is the Chief Operating Officer at Saison Hospitality Group, the San Francisco hospitality group behind Saison, according to the group’s official team page. She has been described in interviews as having joined Saison Hospitality in late 2018 after six years in tech sales and a short stint at Starwood Hotels, where she created a Chief of Staff role focused on operations and problem-solving across the group. She also founded Copas, a Market Street restaurant in San Francisco, while working with Saison Hospitality.
