Jessica Luke Baumgartner is the Director of Vineyard Operations at Cakebread Cellars in Rutherford, California, where she oversees more than 600 planted acres across Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino counties and focuses on regenerative farming, sustainability, soil health, biodiversity, and grape quality. She is a leader in premium winegrowing and large-scale vineyard redevelopment, and she previously held leadership positions with Far Niente Family of Wineries & Vineyards.
