i. Biography
Jessica Summer is the founder of Mouse & Grape, a cheese-and-wine business based in Pinner, North West London, that grew from an Instagram pairing project launched during the 2020 lockdown into an online brand, events business, and physical deli-bar. She completed WSET Level 3 and Academy of Cheese Level 2 training while working as a cheesemonger and wine shop assistant, and in 2025 was named IWSC Emerging Talent in Wine.
