Jessica Summer

Jessica Summer is the founder of Mouse & Grape, a cheese-and-wine business based in Pinner, North West London, that grew from an Instagram pairing project launched during the 2020 lockdown into an online brand, events business, and physical deli-bar. She completed WSET Level 3 and Academy of Cheese Level 2 training while working as a cheesemonger and wine shop assistant, and in 2025 was named IWSC Emerging Talent in Wine. Sources also describe her as an cheesemonger and sommelier, though the most consistently documented role is founder of Mouse & Grape.
