Training in Chemistry at Zaragoza and Enology at Bordeaux gave Jesus Artajona a dual footing: one in scientific method, the other in the finer adjustments of wine. That pairing has mattered at Enate, where since 1992 he has worked as enólogo and responsable técnico.
