Jodie Filiatreau

Jodie Filiatreau is an artisanal distiller at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in Louisville, Kentucky, where he oversees small-scale bourbon production at the site’s on-Whiskey-Row distillery. He began his career with Heaven Hill in 1981 and has decades of experience in distillery operations and barrel aging; Heaven Hill says he became the artisanal distiller after Charlie Downs’s retirement. He has also been featured by Heaven Hill and bourbon publications for his role in crafting Square 6 releases and for representing the company at industry events.
