Joe Garcia is the culinary director at Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, where he leads the property’s food and beverage program, including The Restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air, The Living Room, The Bar, in-room dining, banquets, pool, spa, and the patisserie.
