Joel Stickrod is the founder, owner, and blender behind Barrique Brewing & Blending in Nashville, Tennessee, where he launched the company in 2017 and later moved its operation to 30 Oldham Street. Barrique focuses on oak-aged, spontaneous, and mixed-fermentation beers, including classic European styles such as pilsners, lagers, saisons, and wild ales. StarChefs named him a Nashville Rising Stars brewer, recognizing his work at Barrique and Rice Vice.
