John Meadow

John Meadow is the founder and president of LDV Hospitality, a New York-based hospitality group launched in 2008 with Scarpetta in the Meatpacking District and later expanded to more than 20 restaurants and bars across multiple cities and countries. He began his career in hospitality after graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and early roles included work at Au Bon Pain and at The Plaza Hotel’s Oak Room. Meadow has been associated with signature LDV concepts including Scarpetta, American Cut, and Dolce Italian, and Scarpetta drew national attention, including a James Beard Foundation nomination for best restaurant.
