Jon's signature wines include Barossa Shiraz Gin, SRD Vermouth, and Barrel Aged Barossa Shiraz Gin. The names carry weight because they point directly to region, structure, and the Barossa without needing ornament. Barossa Shiraz Gin brings region and spirit into the same frame. SRD Vermouth reads more restrained, with a measured line. Barrel Aged Barossa Shiraz Gin suggests a darker register, with time playing its part in the background. That same approach comes through in the way Durdin describes the drinks.
