Jon Howe is the Chef Patron and Co-Owner of Lumière in Cheltenham, a role he has held since 2009. He previously worked as Head Chef at The Three Crowns in Ullingswick and La Rive at The Left Bank Village in Hereford. Earlier in his career, he trained as an Apprentice Chef at The Close Hotel in Tetbury.
