Jonathan Dockter is the Culinary Director for Lee Wolen at Boka Restaurant Group in Chicago, overseeing Boka, Alla Vita, GG's Chicken Shop, and Elliott Aster. Boka says he has worked alongside Lee Wolen for more than 11 years, beginning as a line cook at Boka, advancing to sous chef at Somerset, and later serving as Chef de Cuisine at Boka before taking his current role in 2023.
