Jonathan Gabbay is a Lyon-born beverage professional and the Beverage Manager overseeing ARGO at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. His career spans Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels in Paris, Geneva and Miami; immediately before moving to Hong Kong in November 2025, he was Director of the Champagne Bar at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club.
