Jonathan Maltus has owned Château Teyssier since 1994 and Le Dôme since 1996, and those two estates remain the clearest markers of a career built one decision at a time. In 2009, The Colonial Estate joined his holdings, extending the scale of work without changing the basic pattern: acquire carefully, refine consistently, and let each property sharpen the one beside it. The result is a portfolio that reads as accumulation with intent, not expansion for its own sake.
