Jonathan Pereira

Jonathan Pereira is the Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel New York, where he leads pastry operations across the hotel’s dining venues, banqueting, and in-room experiences. He joined the hotel in 2024; a Valrhona chef bio also says he entered the hotel industry in 2014 and worked for luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental across Atlanta, California, Florida, New York, and Dubai before this appointment.
