The Climb
The line work through Tickets in Barcelona and Lío in Ibiza placed Jordi Grau in high-tempo kitchens before he moved into Andorra, where he took on the pass as Jefe de partida at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa from 2011 to 2013. From there, the same kitchen promoted him to Head Chef for 2013–2019, a progression that kept the work inside one house and through consecutive responsibilities.
Today
Since 2019, the kitchen at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Andorra has been led by Jordi Grau as executive chef, with his remit also tied to Sport Hotels Resort & Spa in Andorra. His own description of the direction is explicit: the work builds from the creative engines of previous seasons while staying committed to the territory and 0 km products.
